This is the 3rd movement of the 40th symphony by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (the great)... You really have to hear the 1st movement!
This is not a good performance in my opinion, I prefer Berstein's, Karajan's or Muti's

it sounds kind of like Baroque music, at the same time, it's quite innnovative.
