Lightweight the most used perk my ass. I rarely see anyone using that. Ghost is by far the most used. I'm in games when a uav comes up and nobody shows up on the minimap. Treyarch probly just didn't want to put ghost on here cuz people are always saying how much its overused so they just put lightweight to try and shut people up. For people who use ghost, man up its just a 30 second uav. Thanks to all the ghost users tdms are slow and not as fun.

i think that spy plane is very efective with ghost and some ppl may say well without scavenger you dont have enough ammo use the galil i mean it starts with 155 bullets w/out scavenger and its a great gun just slap on a suppressor and you good to go:)

i use ak74u, ghost, warlord, put a red dot and suppresor to it, hacker (so i dont get owned by claymore) and also run spy plane, care package, and chopper gunner. chopper gunner (its really the same as gunship but to me easier to use). secondary- launcher-take out spyplanes and helicopters so they cant own me. so yeah "my momma said life is like a care package, you never know what you're gonna get"

Think about it this way: there are about 60 weapons in the game, including equipment/grenades/etc. Flak Jacket makes you invincible to about 10 of them. That's 1/6 of the weapons in the game. Anyone using those weapons can't kill a guy with Flak Jacket. It's just like Painkiller of MW2 but it doesn't go away and affects only those weapons. But it's really annoying. It also makes you near invincible to killstreaks, it's gay.

@SpeX7X Actually no, it's NOTHING like Painkiller. Flak Jacket protects you from explosive ordnance and weaponry such as the Launchers or RC-XD. And, not to be a Black Ops nerd, but there are a total of 47 weapons, 8 of which explode. Flak Jacket doesn't make you invincible, it only reduces the explosives by 35%. Plus, it's a really useful perk in games like Demolition or Domination because of the excessive grenade spamming. And it doesn't make you invincible to killstreaks, that's just stupid.

Earlier today I shot some guy camping in a corner with a China Lake, and it landed right by his feet, but he had Flak Jacket on and so he didn't die. Guess what happened next? Yup, he came out of the corner as I was trying to switch weapons as fast as I could (Which is a bit slow) I was like 'ohshit' and he shot me. He should have died. Is that fair?

Nice assessment, but a few problems with the stats:

1. one thing that this doesn't take into consideration is the leveling issue. The guns you get earlier on, will be mostly used versus like G11 which I love. Won't get that till level 44.

2. Similarly, perks and killstreaks require money, and you may not buy the higher ones as soon as the lower / easier ones.

So, nice overall, but very flawed IMO.

@kakashileon No, it's because when you use Coldblooded (non-Pro) you're already invisible to everything except motion sensors, while in BOps you need the PRO version for that and there'd still be the BLACKBIRD. So Ghost is in NO way overpowered, since it's already been nerfed down from MW2 and it's usefulness is still greated than Ghost in comparison.

i think running a class with Hardline, Sleight of hand and Marathon is the best setup combined with Spy plane, counter Spy plane and Chopper gunner. It's a very good combination at least if youre at decent player :D I have runned spy plane about 6000 times and counter spy plane 3000 times. Yes, i do get pissed of when i see a ghost. But i find this combination more effective on any class than using ghost. I am 11th prestige lvl 30 with 5d and 15h. I do only play Team Deathmatch.

Gunns, Spy plane is way better than rcxd, the only reason you get killed by it all the time is because its the only killstreak noobs can get, they put on hardline and it takes only 2 kills, that's the real problem. dogs are the ones that are seriously underpowered. I used them like 100 times because its dogs but its shows that I only got like 300 kills with them. Seriously its an 11 killstreak, it deserves to get at least 5 easy kills. Make them faster.
