  • i have a problem if i upload a recorderd video from my vado hd its not hd

    how can i fix this?

  • It only looks good if you play it in 720p

  • That quality is beast!

  • shitty

  • whats better the kodak pocket video or the Vado HD

  • vado hd

  • Notice how jerky the cars are as they drive past when viewing in HD = very low framerate.

  • That's your PC being slow.

  • no not really that depends on your pc smooth for me

  • Did you take this during an earthquake?

  • Nope it was a regular day in New York, was there an earthquake somewhere on that day that looks like my street? Coincidence I guess.

  • does the vado charge through usb or are they replaceable batteries?

  • usb

  • @theRalphieJ I think Yalk87 mean that the video was too shaky that it appears that it was shoot while there was an earhquake..

  • No, the majority of these HD pocket-cams are like that.

  • hi i'm wondering what software did u use for editing vado hd videos?, it seems all my video editing software is not compatible with the format.. the vado central and muvee doesnt help either, they dont have feature to combine different clips. do let me know about software that are compatible on vado format for editing.. thanks for ur time..

  • PowerDirector 7 Ultra, totally compatible with the VadoHD output video, very nice video editing software too.

  • Does this camera have any menu settings? Auto focus, colour variation etc?

  • I want one, it looks like the lens is exposed. Is there a lens cap?

  • Im wondering the exact same thing. Is the lens protected in any way?

  • Yeah, I am looking for a lens cap as well..

  • Yeah, the Vado HD is the best. I also bought one. Check out my game room videos and please rate.

  • i have the mino hd, it rocks, but i also wanna try the vado hd, it looks cool

  • Image/sound quality is almost identical for these two .. the basic difference is that the Flip has 4GB of on-board memory (as opposed to 8GB) and the battery is not replaceable/removable on the Flip.

  • awesome quality dude! kicks mino's ass!

  • Agreed thanks, that was just a walking test verrrry shaky

  • Seems a whole lot shakier than the mino hd

  • Nope I'm just shaky. It is about the same as the Mino, the Mino is much cooler looking, but this has more features. I still don't know which I prefer, but after 2 days with this I love the sound quality and the 2 inch screen!

  • The shakiness is just the nature of a pocket-size 720p cam -- can't really avoid it. I chose the VadoHD over the MinoHD because of the feature set (screen size, storage size, HDMI). Even though most reviews rate the Mino with slightly better picture quality, I would get the Vado if I had to choose again.
