See, all those Nickcoms of the 80's/90's (Welcome Freshman, Hillside/Fifteen, Clarissa, Alex Mack, Kenan & Kel, and even sketch comedy variety shows like All That & The Amanda Show, plus others) were meant for kids, since they starred kids as the primary characters & centered around problems kids of that generation faced. Now, the shows focused on teens now are the stuff that revolves around romance, being a hack musician, & otherwise being superficial.

Invader Zim is still brilliant no matter who likes to buy it's merchandise nowadays. It isn't "ruined". The show hasn't suddenly changed 10 years after it ended... it's still the same show and it's still a classic.

I misss these show. The whole lot of them. Nick just simply isn't good anymore. I remember sitting infront of the TV when I was younger and loving nearly every show which came on. Now barely anything is worth watching.

Being from Canada we didn't get Nick until like a year ago. Though what showed the NickToons was YTV. The Nick Channel here shows the classics that I hold dear to my heart, but either they are on at some dumb time like Angry Beavers are on at 11pm or they're only on one day a week such as my favorite Danny Phantom and Invader Zim. But Nick is just plastered with SpongeBob and Fairly OddParents which aren't funny anymore. Maybe it is time to bring the classics back

@narutojose2 No there was a movie in 2003 called Rugrats Go Wild Where the Rugrats got stranded on an island because Stu invented his own boat, they got caught in a storm and he got blamed. To make everyone like Stu again, Tommy wanted to meet Nigel so he and the Thornberries could help them get home so everyone could be friends again. Spike talked in the movie Bruce Willis voiced him. People hated that movie. It wasn't bad. People missed the whole point of it.

after watching a few videos like this it really infuriates me what television has become. even on children's channels like disney and nickelodeon, you turn on the tv and most of it is junk. half the cartoons suck, with the exception of spongebob in my opinion, and there's nothing but shows about teen drama. even at night the shows stink i.e. the george lopez show?! maybe that show is funny but i think it's place is not on nickelodeon. the animaniacs clip really broke my heart for tv.

I didn't have nicktoons untill a couple of weeks ago and know that I do, I'm so disapointed theat they never play anything good until 7:00 which is when ZIM starts :C Then I have to wait till 11 for Ren and Stimpy it's so annoying, I don't want to wake up at 1 to watch a show that should still be around >:C just because they're old doesn't make them bad, Nick should stop putting out bad shows and get back to the basics.

animaniacs was a WB show first,it was on nick but it was on 17 first for like 5 years,but besides that Great shows nothin like 90's.
