hey man, sorry it has taken me so long to write back. anyways, when I do vocals I put alot of power behind them so they are very loud. Ive built up the muscles in my throat so I can squeeze hard, and push hard, but very little air comes out, therefore loud noises come out, and I can hold them for a long time...Im going to post a video with my 35 second scream soon, so check back.

well I prefer the guttural sound, and with that sound you have to squeeze your throat hard, some death metal vocalists dont have the guttural sound so they push all their air out at once.

really though, the only way to pinch air in ur throat is by squeezing ur throat, and the stronger the muscles in your throat are the harder you can squeeze, again I have been practicing this shit for 6 years everyday, so dont push yourself too hard, id like to hear what u can do, put a video up
