  • 55% to 78% of the human body is Water, and it is present in a lot of the different activities our body did everyday. Water intake recommendation varies between people, according to their activities, height, weight, etc. A lot of people do not "drink/eat" the right amount of water and a lot of diseases/conditions appear because of it.     You should take chance to drink water all the time. It can help you freshen up and good looking.

  • What I do is take 1 glass of water on each hour. Taking sips each while.. rather than slurping the whole glass at once. Water is very important.
