@keyblade1012 Based on the video BioWare has posted it seems more like a quest change with an instanced 4 man Heroic Quest at the end. BioWare has stated a lot of planets will end with big 4-man Heroic Quests like that. But the only way we will know for sure is to play it in Beta.

Revan wasn't the most powerful of the Sith Lords. Darth Malak eventually became stronger than Revan used to be when he was the Dark Lord, it says this in the game. Revan was a brilliant military strategist, a genius, the 'Alexander the Great' of the Star Wars universe. Also he was an extremely persuasive and charismatic leader who could talk people into following him. A lot of his power and influence came from that rather than from the Force. While Malak was a poor strategist in comparison.

i dont think people understand that Revan is owned by bioware, bioware knows what are good moves for there characters and not, a movie would ruin it, what made KOTOR so great was that YOU where Revan and that YOU made the choices. beside, if they did i highly doubt we woulddnt get the KOTOR MMO and then youll find out more of Revan and all that jaz, beside i like KOTOR how it is right now

Revan was my favorite Sith Lord but after i heard Kotor 3 story i was displeased . Now i think of him as light side person because he isn't strong enough to fight The true Sith Emperor. Revan and Malak traveled into the unknown regions in search of the Star Forge which lead them into contact with the Sith Emperor. He corrupted them and gave them a mission to return to the Republic and serve as a vanguard for a Sith invasion. Revan was just a puppet of the true Sith Emperor

and Kreia spoke very highly of Revan I think she even says he was her best student and considering how old kreia was she must have had a lot of students and apprentices

For me Revan is most influential character of Star Wars even more than Skywalker's, maybe it is because secrecy of his life and actions, or invincible force powers and strenght in game, and almoust godness aura in galaxy. I think, Revan have never totally fall to dark side, he is too strong for sith corruption but some circumstances made him to accept dark lord mantle, thats says Kreia in KotOR II. Hope my wish someday would be achieve and we will finally have new Star Wars saga and enjoy in it.

I've guessed what the circumstance was. You here in one of KOTOR one and two that Revan had found something deeper and darker behind the mandolarian wars. I believe he found it and that he did wat he did in the end but in more extreme circumstances. he turned to the dark side to build his own army to stop but failed by falling to far.

He wasn't ever truly evil. He was more goal oriented. He was just willing to do whatever it took to make sure the galazy was safe, and by having the Republic standing, he knew it wouldn't last. He was immensely powerful, and he would have succeeded if not for Malak's betrayal.

if you check all of the star wars databanks you will hear nothing of Revan having any parents so here is my theory he was made from the force as Anakin was just Anakin was the chosen one Revan wasnt [but I still think he was very close to being the chosen on]

For Anakin there is proof about his 'choseness' (or whatever it called), legend in Jedi history about chosen one who will be made from the force and put the Force in balance, and for Revan we actually dont know anything so we only can guess

Did Anakin not destroy the Jedi? and then in 11 ABY the New Jedi order became established and eventually became very strong.[of course there were still some struggles but in the end they were stronger] What Anakin Skywalker did eventually made the Jedi Order strong.

Revan was not born from the force like Anakin was. Anakin Skywalker, believe it or not, was the product of Darth Pleigus manipulating Midi-clorians to create life (which Palpatine briefly mentions to Anakin in Ep. 3). Revan on the other hand has no known origins. I believe when Star Wars: The Old Republic (The MMO based off of KOTOR) comes out they will mention things about Revan's Past and what happened to him after he left to the unknown regions of the Galaxy.

i doubt. in kotor2 you can see nihilus and sion were kreia's (darth traya) apprentice before they betray her and cast out from trayus academy, and that was happen after revan (who also is kreia's former apprentice) went to search for true sith in unknown regions. nihilus and sion weren't aware of true sith empire's location so they also didn't know where does revan gone. and i think nihilus hardly could kill revan if he couldnt kill exile after that :)

dont know if all i say is correct but: nihilus only consume force energy from other force users who cant resist him, but revan and exile are kind of different. kreia said that in kotor2, that revan is like living force, the force cant be streched out from him cause its protect in him. exile is contrary like death of the force, empty space from where force echoing throughout the galaxy. i think revan and exile will bring balance to the force and together win over true sith. am i a nerd or what :)

I wrote wrong, meant that force living in him. He is like catalyst for Force energy. Something like Anakin will be 4000 years after. Revan was chosen one but without prophecy. Force choose him to bring balance in the Force, and balance dont mean that lightside must win. Revan understood how to do that but consequenses of Malaks betrayal was terrible for his plan of saving galaxy from Sith who were threat for Force balance.

@zzvvoonnee24 Malachor fucked up Nihilus when he was stranded on the planet after Bao-Dur activated the Mass Shadow Generator, he survived (no idea how) and fed on the force of other survivors. Possibly Jedi and whatever bits he found. I don't like the Sith, but I feel sorry for the unlucky bastard.

It all depends how you see Dark side, if you afraid of it like Jedi Council, than there is more chance to fall in darkness; as Kreia said for Revan, he accept his fall and consenquences of things he done for more important purpose. Sometimes you need to fall in dark to start desire a light, he'll always be known as Dark Lord even this title eventually save the galaxy from all menace. Again I start philosophing, sorry but I like talk about KotOR and Revan
