  • Bravo! I am a Bukharian jew and I thought only jews cooked plov with chicken rather than with lamb or beef! Our Muslim friends even liked to make jokes about our 'oshi murghi' - chicken plov :) I like the way you flipped the pan to put the osh on the plate! Well done!

    i love all the varieties of plov be it chicken, lamb or beef, and moreover, i love Bukhara so much for i spent 4 glorious days in that glorious city...

  • these directions are incomplete ..u dont tell how long to let food cook in between each ingredient so therefor it makes it hard to follow!!
