  • That stuff made my hair so stiff and hard!

  • FYI thanks so much for the info cause I was going 2 get off 2day n purchase Ms Jessies Product I do have natural curly hair n I dont want the crunchy or dry feel so I do have shebutter I will stick 2 that...Thanks

  • y did i almost die laughn, lol u are too funny im still laughn

  • Thank you for your honest review. It was very helpful and saved me some money.

  • Thank you for your honest review.

  • how do you get rid of protein overload like what brand is protein free and super duper moisturizing????

  • Well one thing I want to say, everything works different for everyone, glycerin is a very good ingredient, I put it in my shea butter I sell. Compared to carol's daughter, I love the smell in Miss Jessie's products.

  • I'm so glad you did this. I was ready to got to target and pay the $38 for miss jessies but not now LOL, by the way its so GOOD to see someone with hair texture like mine, I was beginning to think I was alone in this LOL

  • Hi girl, FYI, I am deaf. I suggest you to use buttercreme or curly pudding light purple. No need to dryer. It is air dry. My hair is excellent and last long moisturize. i learned it from my stylest. Her hair is same as mine. it is type 4b/c

  • I like your video. I think you are very right in what Miss Jessie's does to the hair; creates very tight coils an serious shrinkage. I personally like it, but for those who don't, you are definitely being accurate.

  • Hey Miss E I just want to know where did you get the 2 oz. bottles of Miss Jessie products? And does the KCCC come in a 2oz bottle if so do you know where I can get it?

  • you can get the 2 oz miss Jessies from their site and there is no such things as a 2 oz KCCC

  • I prefer the miss jessies products becuase it does not require as much product and the effects last longer, my hair is the same as yours. the curly pudding , first than the buttercreme ( hair must be dry) Also see a hair dresser specializibg in natural hair, becuase many people do not know their hari type, do reserch also. Miss jessies is worth it, and luster silk or pink lotion for longer lasting and stretch it.

  • with the curly pudding, you must use that product first than let the curls set. than next day use the butter creme. also the curly pudding should only be used when you wash your, had the same porblem until i called natural hair dresser and have not had a porblem since. you cannot use the the products at the same time, they were not design to be used as such.

  • I agree, I was quite dissapointed with curly pudding...it really dries hard. However the buttercreme is amazing

  • I agree! It felt great while it was still damp, but once it fully dried, it was so hard and crunchy! I hated it. I will however try the buttercreme now that you say that, thank you :)

  • It sounds like Amerie latest single.

  • @Kimberlene I love the song also.. found out it's "you gotta believe" by artist Natalie Brown

  • it was provided by youtube, just check out their list

  • make sure you use a sulfate free shampoo which will not strip your hair of oils.

  • every1 says kinky curly works best because of the comparison of ingredients. I havent tried either but i can already tell just by reading ingredients that kinky curly will work because mj has lots of things that regular store bought has like cones, mineral oil, parabens and fragrance i heard the fragrance is too strong so I decided to not waste tons of money for miss jessie's with all the igredients my hair doesn't like that are found on regular store shelves for like 3 bucks love the vids :)

  • i must give it to you -you tried all of their products

  • Use a leave-in conditioner under the product and your hair will not be hard. I think that the fragrances are necessary because shea butter is not a pleasant smell. Also moisturize a little with the butter creme the next day.

  • Yeah i'm feelin ya.

Hated it too. Love the baby buttercreme, though. Soooo god for mt kids' hair too...

  • From watching numerous natural hair videos it seems like if your looking for that real curl definition. Kinky curly custards seems to work best.
