@MaxwellSDSU fuck bread, it has nothing in it that makes it good. It has added sugar. juice makes you fat even more as soda. It has more sugar in it. And all the fiber and some nutrients are out. Low fat milk is BS to.
My personal advice: allow yourself something junky once a week, at least at first, it will help you to not cheat, or give up all together. Sometimes at the end of the week I have a burger and fries as a reward, but I do a kids meal, small portion, just so I don't go nuts with all the veggies everyday. It can be really hard to make the switch to healthy food right away, so ween yourself off the unhealthy food and caffeine at your own pace. That's what has been helpful to me anyway. Good luck!

yea thats breakfast was rather large. try to cut down and try to eat 5 to 6 meals per day. your body doesnt store protein so that keeps constant protein flowing to your tissues. also if you gain muscle then it might not get to under 200 easily. just saying good luck though

O_o You know, now that I think seriously about making eggs. A good guide is to wait for the sides to all hold together. The other day I just sat there babysitting an egg after this video. After the sides are strong enough I go under and test the same way. All the way around the egg and the flip for roughly 20 seconds.

Here's a good breakfast, and will also mask the egg taste a little:
Beat 3 eggs (or egg whites) together with some mix of: pepper, salsa, spinach, ham, whatever
Make a 3 egg omelet.
Cut omelet in two and put each half between slices of whole grain bread.
Serve with water/juice/low-fat milk and a banana.
Voila, filling and healthy breakfast, done in 10 minutes.

Some breakfast ideas: instant oatmeal, cut up fruit, pancake/waffle, bran cereal(non-sugary cereals), toast with peanut butter, yogurt, blended smoothies,etc :) Continued luck on your weight loss Phil. :D

it dosent look like phil is 241 lb it looks more like 200 max. I think he has more muscle and less fat than he thinks. So maybe hes overestimating how much weight he really needs to loose, since if he looses alot of it maybe he might loose some muscle also. not nessecarily a bad thing but maybe something to think about. BUT GOOD LUCK DUDE!
