  • Follow my videos. I will lose 20 lbs during this clease and then not gain that weight. After cleanse, I plan to post a video 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months after the cleanse. Simply follow me, you will change your opinion.

    There is nothing wrong in the diet. But, the people who follow this diet don't have discipline after stopping. That is why they gain weight again. Not because this diet cripples your metabolism.

  • Dude, Have your quit a single meal and not felt hungry? The combo of lemon and maple syrup doesn't make you hungry which is special.

    Metabolism: After cleanse, you slowly increase diet but increase your exercise rapidly after stopping. When I stop cleanse, I am going to slowly up my calories over a period of 15 days to come to normal. But after stopping cleanse, I plan to exercise for 1 hour / day followed by protein diet to will build muscles and up the BMR.
