i use baby oil to get it off it comes right off.

i recommend using a tooth brush to take it off! it also exfoliates! to get all the dead skin off

I tried without putting chapstick first and it would just crack before I get to put the next step

@AMarieCS416 I noticed that you have to have smooth lips, so exfoliate and try again. Also you have to let it dry completely before putting your lips together. Oil makes it come off as well, so when eating it comes off sometimes. Hope this helps!

I just bought it today and it's not staying on my lips! It peels off when I put my lips together.. :( any suggestions?

i bought this infallible lip & i wear it to school it does last but i notice it does crack and cake a bit after i eat, sometimes before that, is there a more proper way to apply it, or am i putting it on wrong?? & i let it dry & i put the lip balm on and some peices of the lip come off, i'm wondering what's going on with it??

@nicolelvsrank07 I noticed that with the shimmery shades that it would crack easier than the more matte ones. I think it may have to do with the formula with shimmer. The oils in food will really make it crack. Maybe the reapply the balm periodically will help. I haven't worn it recently but making sure your lips are completely dry, no oils before apply should help too.
