Well, if you first hear the song while sitting at home relaxing, paying attention to the lyrics and the message, just hearing the song will remind you of that message. But I agree, it is a great song. I listen to it when I'm feeling hateful or depressed, but never would I want to hear it while working out.

How do you break your arms squatting? And humans can support 3x our weight or so squatting. And same with Dead lifts, how would you break your arms or legs? Pull a muscle possibly, not break...
