this is a push-pull. is this where the trains switch from electric to non-electric??

I believe this particular train is entirely electric. It's got that electrical wire on top of the roof.

no but I mean half of the montclair/boonton line is electric and half isn't. I though this is the half point, is it?
Oh. Sorry, I misunderstood you. Yeah, at this point, the electric trains can't go any further.
nice video, i was going to montclair state. i will again when i can scrape up the money. by the way, there is a yard just to the west in great notch where the trains switch around.
