  • Pretty cool. I will try these, as I have a 50 lb. weighted vest. Click on my name to see how I rehabilitated myself after a torn pec using the weighted vest.

  • Here's what I did, get a floor scale and put your hands on it in push-up position, that will give you a rough estimate of your push up weight, then add your brothers whole weight and there you go. Keep it up!

  • thanks a lot! so, let say, if ure guessing, and based on your experience, how much can i bench for 1 rep max? if i weight 170lbs and i do 15 pushups in a row with 120lbs person sitting on my back. full range of motion. just guess please. around....?

  • I would start around 245 lbs and go from there

  • Shut up.

  • hey there. honestly, what do u guys think about a man who weights 170lbs and is able to do 15 pushups in a row with 120lbs person sitting on his back. all the way down all the way up. what do u guys think?

  • That would be like pressing about 250lbs, very impresive

  • thanks man! n can u please tell me, if it correlates to bench press, do u know or u can calculate how much i can do for one rep max? im sorry but i really dont know. i only do pushups and pushups and pushups. and yes my bro sits on my shoulders not my lower back. its the proper way right. can u calculate?
