@TheLe953 He's actually a hero. But he's a "real" hero, someone who doesn't cloud themselves with ideals. He's a mini-Rorschach in a way. Just not as hard core.

A perfect example of Alan Moore's genius is the line "I haven't had this much fun since Woodward and Bernstein".I know the reference in the book is different but the idea of Nixon saying "Sic 'em" to The Comedian and him getting medieval on their asses is great use of simple cues to imply a bigger picture. The Comedian was a monster but the reason he works as a character is the appeal of being a sociopath is quite liberating. Judge Dredd with a cigar and a smirk.....
how can you love a motherfucker fascist like the Comedian? I understand Rorschach because he has suffered a lot in his life but the Comedian? He has the opportunity to do something good although this means hard work and he prefer to be a nasty parody of the human nature
" Congress is pushing through some new bills that outlaw masks. Our Days are numbered. Till then its like you always said. We're society's only protection."
SERIOUSLY GUYS THE COMEDIAN IS A VILAIN ( even so i like hem becasue hes

I didn't like how they changed his costume, but this is still one of my favourite scenes.

we all have morale lapses, The Comedian just has them more frequently

A real Congress would instead say, "Outlaw the Commedian, just keep a few tabs on Nite Owl 'cause he's got a better track record in ethics.

This country needs about 20 Comedians in every law enforcement agency in this country, and especially ICE.
