This was a state meet? This was bad! I can count several areas of improvement!

For one, stay in a wrestlers stance, adjust your height with your legs not by bending your back over, get on your toes, You can see several spots where they were on their hesl which opens up an ankle pic.. also head an arm is toe to toe hips and spin.. when your on top, switch your hips put her arm across her face ,

@NoFreeRiderz keep in mind, girls wrestling hasnt really been around long enough to have championship calibre girls at every class. no offense to heavier weights, but the lighter girls tend to be better.
