you aint squatting unless you're doing it right, your descend is good but coming up your doing a good morning... a very poor goodmorning, want to slip a lumbar disk? then keep doing what you are doing, and trust me you wont be smiling then. lower the weight, perfect the form and actually go bellow parallel, then youll see your legs explode, cause all you are doing is moving weight, not training those legs, frig and grow those dam hamstrings too
