I bought mine new and it is rattly as hell straight from the box I am going to get a hex driver and see if it helps.My pocket clip is even super loose.I think Ill like it after I tighten it up but sad I should have to .
Great review. I have this knife and agree with you, it's very hard to cut para cord when closed. Great idea, but you will need to keep the blade very sharp. I really like the blade shape on this knife. Very light weight and super fast deployment.

The reason why it has blade play is because it is a SOG, not because it is used. If you are a stickler for no blade play don't get a SOG.

I had one earlier this year. They're great for edc and even though I've heard a lot about blade play, mine didn't seem to have any.
