  • i have that board in the same size, its so fuckin fun to ride

  • I have the 155 non rocker and frankly, on this board, I can' t tell the difference between the rocker and standard, both bendy as hell everywhere!

  • @nowgoskate

Yeah I was actually looking for the rocker but I settled for the normal,

I defs checked those sites because I know they are awesome, but they can't ship k2 across the boarder for whatever reason.

  • @peoplez91 many of the larger companies have setup dealer agreements to allow dealers in other countries to be successful partly b/c the exchange rate can be different or the release dates of models are different like in the northern and southern hemispheres.

  • @PortersLars Hmm, That's interesting. Odd though as there is a few K2 dealers but nobody stocked this board

Well thank you, now I know why

  • @nowgoskate

Sick man, where did you get it at?

see I couldn't even find it in canada and they had it marked down $100 when I found it, so I snatched it up. oh well!

  • Boo yah just picked up the 2010 156 wide for $279 US

Too good of price to resist

(I'm 6'0 and 175 pounds) figured it was safe to get the 56

and I didnt really have a choice it was either 148,156,or 159

  • so I want to get this board and wondering what size to get. I'm 5'8, 140lbs with size 11 boots. I'm aiming to get a shorter board just because I'm used to that. I'm torn between this and the jibpan, kinda leaning towards the jibpan. what size should I get?

  • 152

  • im around the same size and i have this board i would go for the 152

  • hi im 5'6 and weigh 150 and have a size 11.5 shoe what size should i get and will i have no toe drag with that size.

  • @Sk8ter4lifever123 since this is a park specific board toe drag shouldn't be that important, but you might be able to get away with the 152 but your toes will be pretty much on the edge as well as your heels.

  • @sk8ter4life

you have huge feet for your height haha

  • So i cant carve on this board?

  • when did it say that??

  • you can carve on any board how ever with a flex this soft its not going to A. stay in the carve very well and B rebound out of a carve very well. but since all snowboards have sidecut you can technically carve any snowboard.

  • would this board be good for me i am an intermediate rider that likes lil bit of every type of riding but im getting into jibing and rails but i still want something that i can take down a blue run every once and a while would this be a good board for me or should i look at something els

  • this is a soft very flexy board. Great for intro into park and it can be ridden on the rest of the hill but since its so soft it won't carve and make high speed turns like a regular board might. But to answer your question, yes this board might be a fun option for you.

  • he just curious if u know anything about the rome artifact?

would that be a better board then this, if im looking to get into jibbing but still wanna ride te rest of the hill?

  • haha mexican blanket made me lol

  • tasty tasty board.

  • MEXICAN BLANKET!! :P

  • im 5'6 and 140lbs and size 11.5 boots and im wondering what size board i should get

  • 148

  • size dont matter dude, i ride a 148 and im 6.2 with size 14 boots, and like lucas magoon and chris bradshaw ride short boards to dude

  • Comment removed

  • how is it for kickers?

  • this is a soft flexing board thats can handle smaller kickers but if you are looking for ubber booter board then this is not the board for you.

  • Jeffrey, im 5' 9 140 lbs, Size 11 boot and a ride a 152, there is a lil toe drag but nothing too worry about. You should probably get a 152 since youre shorter but heavier then me

  • Comment removed

  • hey I'm 16 years old sze 9 boot. and im 160lbs. and im about 5'4 5'4? what size would u recomend?

  • you could rock as small as a 148... and since this is a jib board smaller is better.

  • im looking into buying this board but idk what size to get. im 5' 9'' and weigh 130 lbs and wear a size 10 boot. i prefer a smaller board so i want a 145 but im worried about toe and heel drag

  • it is a park/jib specific board so toe/heel drag is not as important but you might consider the 148 just in case.

  • hey im about 5'7 and way around 120 punds with a size 10 foot. would the 145 work??

  • the only problem with the 145 is the waist width... at 24.3 you might be getting some toe drag... other than that you fit the weight limits.

  • 145 is WAAYYYY toosmall dont be one of those faggots that ride i really small board to look good cuz they cant pull a 3

  • hi, im 6'2, 145lbs and have size 12 boots. think a 155 will be fine?

  • yup, just make sure you have some good binding angles so you don't get toe drag.

  • i got it for my first board :(

  • for yall with wide feet, wait for the 09-10 series, there coming out with a wide

  • i have ride delta movement bindings a size 11 boot and im 5'11 145 but i like to ride a small board so i can swing easier etc. if i get a 148 will i be alright?

  • you could ride a 148 but yuo will have some toe over hang going on.

  • Looks pretty nice. I ride an older Wisdom 159' maybe time to upgrade??

  • Hey I got a question: I'm 5'6, 130 lbs, and I have a boot size of an 11.5 (The boots a little bit big though) and I was thinking about getting a 148. Would I have to much toe drag? Someone please help me out cause this is a nice board and want to know if its a good size. thanks.

  • you could run the 148 but you would need some good angles to avoid toe drag, although this is a park board to toe drag is not that important. the 148 waist width is only 24.6" and thats not that wide for your foot size, maybe consider the 152

  • man i just got that board for my bday fuck i wanna ride

  • Great Reviews guys:)

I was thinking of getting a jibpan because I ride park a lot but I also like to ride elsewhere... Would you recommend it?

  • random question does the burton custom have good pop

  • for an all mountain board not the snappiest pop for a park board pretty poppy

  • if i wanted a park wide board which would u recommend

  • the Burton Blunt Wide is a good park board choice

  • screw the blunt get a Capita Stair master

  • but does it have pop

  • as much pop as any other rail board....

  • just in general

  • in general it is a soft flexing board. Like any other rail board. It would be a 3 out of 10 flex 1 being the softest and 10 being the stiffest.

  • i wear a size 12 and im 5'10 and 115 pounds. what size

  • weight wise you could ride the 148 but the waist width on it might be too narrow

  • so this is a wide board

  • next years will feature a wide but the 2009 is not available in wide

  • what would be better for jumps this or the rocker

  • the rocker on this board is so mellow it doesn't make that much of a difference... but the board in general is very soft so smaller jumps are fun with this board... bigger ones are a bit tougher with its flex.

  • would you reccomend this or the burton dominant for me im 5'2, 110 and i only ride park, rails jumps you no??

  • can this handle big jumps

  • what do you consider big jumps? 20 - 30 footers or 40 - 60 footers? smaller yes bigger no...this a soft flexing board that really loves rails

  • umm like 20 - 40

  • Can't wait to get mine...just ordered it online. I love jibs, but I hope it handles jumps too. I'm not talking anything HUUUGE, talking 20-30 foot park kickers. Just starting to stick 1's and 3's, hope I picked the right board.

Did I make the right choice? I ride mainly park and I like to hit just about everything down the park!

  • yes, this board will work with smaller kickers and rails and is a great board to play and learn new tricks on...

  • This longer edge concept is confusing- how will i know how much to downsize?? I'm 5'7 and like 117 pounds

  • since this is a rail park board you could go as low as a 145 if you wanted it mainly for rails and if you wanted a board for bigger jumps you might try a 152 but this is a soft board so larger jumps will not super fun with this board.

  • whats better the rocker or the regular im looking for alot of flex

  • since its flat based and kicked up tail and nose the rocker feels softer.... so Rocker would be your better of the two

  • does anyone think this board will snap with all that flex???? i haven't gotten a chance to actually flex one myself

  • how does this board handle jumps and pow?

  • well which would you want to ride this board more for..? jumps or pow... this board is a rail killer that can handle smaller jumps and the rocker allows for some light pow but if you are talking deep Tahoe Pow then nope.

  • yeah you can make that work just make sure your binding angles are not 0,0

  • please help! im looking for a realy soft board

157-160 but i like my stance as far out as possible.i mean i want more than 25inch. im 6ft tall.

  • how big are you feet? that may make a difference

  • i wear size 11us boots but i could fit into 10.5 depending on the make

  • boot size you could fit onto a 155 but the max stance width is 22inches for that board... there are not that many boards that allow you to have a 25 inch stance and do you really need a stance of 25 inches? a former pro who now rides for team old guy is 6'1" and rides a 23.5 stance... once you go to wide you start loosing any torsional stability on the board.

  • dude skate banana all the way

  • which would be a better freestyle board: this or the skate banana?(I go in the park and groomers)

  • the skate banana has less flex

  • lol mexican blanket

  • sweet, im gonna get it, looks like a sick board

  • i wont get drag on 152, right?

  • its a 24.9 inch waist width... its gonna be close but you should be able to get away with it

  • ok, thanks

  • if i get the 150?

  • the 152 yes but the 148 no

  • i have size medium burton cartel lowbacks, an size 11 boots, i ride 14 and 10 angle, will i get drag?

  • how about for an all mountain board

  • nope, sorry but this is a park specialist and not soo super good outside of the park.

  • thats what i thought lol thanks

  • but if you mean starter as in beginner then this is not the board for you, the anagram would do you better.

  • oo thanks so much

  • is this board good for starters or is the anagram better

  • is this board good for starters because i was thinking bout getting the 09 anagram or this

  • can i fit a large binding on a 148

  • depends on what bindings they are... if they are Burton bindings then you are gonna get some drag... the waist is only 24.60 and a good rule of thumb is atleast 24.90 to fit some large Burton bindings.

  • i am 5,7 and 130 pounds but im takin the 148,

  • you can even go with the 145 if you were gonna use it primarily for rails but the 3cm longer will help with booters. Either way you're gonna have fun!

  • yess it's the best

  • I've got this board, one of the best boards I've ever had.

  • im 5'8 135 pounds size 10 feet uk size 11 us size im gonna go for the 148 rocker version do you think this is a good size for me. also what would you say are the best bindings are for this board

  • you weight is fine for that size but the waist width is gonna be the factor.. you might get some toe and heel drag but since its a park board it won't matter as much but you will drag a wee bit with those boats below you... just make sure you have some good stance angles to help eliminate as much drag as you can.

  • i ride -15, 15

  • i have a size 13 foot im 6'3 and 195 pounds is this good for me mainly the shoe size part.

  • you need a wide plain and simple, your guns are just too big.

  • i am looking to buy this board very soon, i am 5'10" 140 lbs and i have a shoe size of 11, but my boots are '09 32 lashed and they are a lot smaller than my '07 burton motos which were size 10, and i ride large burton bindings but im in the market for some union force bindings.

do you think this board fits me well?

  • im also looking at one. im 6'1" 150 looking at the 155.

it depends what you do on the mountain. if you like boxes and rails, go for it. you could probably rock the 152. since the stance is spread out further the 152 should fit you amazingly. this board could probably get you the most effortless 3's ever

  • you have a tough one in that you could ride a smaller size but your boats are big so you could ride a 152 but you might see some toe and heel drag depending on your stance angles.

  • that was meant for ckpaintballer

  • well what i have noticed with my 32 lashed boots is that they are very slim compared to other boots. my bindings were setup for my burton size 10.5 boots and the burtons were a lot larger than my new 32s and i actually had to adjust the straps for a smaller boot. so im thinking i might get away with no drag at all. i actually ride a wide board now but ive ridden my buddys signal and i can ride that fine.

  • well since this is a park board toe and heel drag aren't as important as all mountain and as long as you have good stance angles you will help eliminate drag.. good rule of thumb is, any waist width over 249mm are usually ok with size 11 feet... again binding angles will help too!

  • okay because i ride burton bindings now but im about to get some union force bindings and this board at the same time. but im confident that this board will be fine with my feet haha

  • well its pretty soft so once you get it outside the park you will notice the soft flex. but its not like you can't take it outside the park, its a great soft playful board.

  • hi. i am looking at the rocker version of this board.. is it good on jumps?like its not too soft for jumps right??

  • i'm seriously considering about buying this board but idk what size. i weigh about 120 but i'm afoubt 5'9 and a half.. i usually ride a 151 bc of my weight. but i'd really like to hear other people's opinions. plz help. pls reply

  • also, my boot size is 10.5

  • well here is the good and the bad... the good is you can ride as far down as the 145 the bad... your feet are on the bigger side and you might get some nasty toe drag. the waist on the 145 is 24.30 and that not super wide but you may be able to get away with it... possibly the 148 will work better but its waist is only 24.60 so as long as you have some angles going you might be able to pull off a short board

  • ok im 5 11 and still growing..... and the local retailer is offering a a 55".....should i buy?

  • well whats your shoe size and weight, both those factors are much more important than your height? and keep in mind K2 suggests you size down 5cm from your normal stick.

  • i weigh 155 but i hope to get some use next year so ill prob wight like 160 or so..... and shoe size is 11

  • I think you could get away with a 152... K2 does suggest that you size down 5cm from your normal board size and the 152 weight range goes all the way to 200lbs. So unless you are going on a Mc D's binder you should be ok for a while.

  • i took your advice and bought it :-)

  • Comment removed

  • The guy in the video is riding the rockered version right? Also what length is he riding?

  • yup that is the rockered version and he was riding the 152

  • alright, im a 12 boot, is this wide enough?

  • well, whats your weight and what length are you looking for?

  • well im about 6'2" and 190 pounds.. What length would be best?

  • with your weight you could ride a 152 but with your boot size you might want to go larger since those guns of yours might drag a wee bit... the waist on the 152 is 24.90 and thats not super wide, but on the flip side K2 does suggest that you size down 5cm and really since this is a park board toe drag is not as important but it does sometimes get in the way...

  • i got the 155, decided to play it safe since i might grow a little more, thanks for the help

  • i ride a 15 -15 stance

  • hey im going to get the 148, and i wanted to know that if i have a size 10.5 boot, will i drag my toes/heels?

  • with those angles you should be able to get away with it as long as you are using a medium binding (if its a burton binding) if its a large (depending on the comapny) it might hang over the edge...

  • Would you recommend this for someone that does medium jumps and rails?

  • yes, both the rockered and non rockered boards are awesome in the park.

  • Thinkin about gettin this.

Is this board weak on jumps or is it just as strong there as it is jibs?

Will it last if im ridin the rest of the mountain or would it be too soft?

    Designs sick tho.

  • its pretty soft, its really a great rail board... not so fun on high speed bomber runs... another option would be the Turbo dream... almost like darkstar just rockered.

  • also even though the boards arnt available in wides, i think they are wider than average anyway, certainly got no trouble on mine with size 11's, thats UK size 11 too which is like size 12 in the US if thats where ure asking from.

  • what size is yours?

  • i'm a size eleven boot and using a 158 and it rides like a dream. Havin the rocker gives you a longer effective edge which means you can downsize by a few cm's.

  • K2 actually suggests you downsize 5cm from what you normally ride, so you are correct.

  • if i have a size 11 boot will it fit on the 152?

  • you might have some toe drag with those sized guns... but since its a park board who cares...? the Waist width is 24.9 and that's not super wide considering your foot size.

  • is it good 4 jmps too????

  • you can use it for jumps but I would have to say its a little on the soft side... all depends if you like a soft board for jumps or not.

  • yo im 5'4" 125. SHould i get the 148 or the 145? I dont wanna grow out of it next year either

  • the weight range for for the 145 is under 160 and the range for the 148 is under 170 so unless you gain a ton of weight in the next few years you will be set with either snowboard.

  • Is this board also good for normal carving? Like a arnie 5000? Please comments..

  • its a soft flex board meant for the park first and foremost so why would you want to carve it? it has a fun side cut that can carve but most people will file them edges down so carving really ain't gonna be too easy.

  • how does this board handle on ice and how does it do outside the park like just on the mountain and stuff

  • the board is sick in the park on small-medium jumps and all jibbing. i found this really soft so out of the park its good for buttering i did find it hard to ollie on it because of the RC and how soft it is. thats why when i ride my rome artifact 1985 i feel more stable on the mountain cuz its got carbon in the midline giving it more pop and a little stabler out of the park. the bronze edges make it hard to hold an edge on ice but in regular snow its so sick. i would get the 1985 rome artifact

  • i just got this mexican blanket today

  • mexican blanket lol good one

  • im 6'0 160 what size should i get

  • I'm 6'0 160 and I got the 152, it feels really soft, has a good pop, I like it as my jib and cruising board. I love it

  • i have this board in a 55 couldnt love it more. its soft and flexs so clean buttering is easy as pie. if you wat a good jib board that you can take out of the park (its not that great out of the park but its do able) or an ok beginner board look no further. make sure you size down too.

  • im 6'2 130lb. should i get a 158 or 155 in this. ive been ridin a normal 157 but its probly a lil small.

  • Two questions. Are all K2 boards that good (like the company in general). And I'm 5'5" 113 lb. wut size should i have cuz i just bought a kinda old K2 board chep from my friend and i no nthing about it.

  • you could be on a 151 or 154 depending on what board you are on but your weight really determines the board that will work best but keep in mind that a park board weight range and a all mountain board weight range might be different.

  • kool thanks.

  • whats the weight range 4 a 148

  • K2 basically says less then 170 lbs so if you fall under 170 and K2 suggests that you size down 5cm from your normal board size then go for it.

  • hey im 5'6, 130 lbs and my board size is 154 should i be getting a 148? please help me out

  • yes a 148 would be perfect for you, K2 suggests that you size down 5cm and you fit with in the weight range on the board

  • im 5'10, 190 lbs. and i usually ride a 156 ..... would i really be fine with a 152 ??

  • actually yes you will be ok with a 152, K2 rates a 152 weight range as 150 - 200 lbs.

  • im 5'10 150 and i ride the new w 152 should be on a 48?

  • you can ride either but K2 suggests that you size down 5cm from your normal board size.

  • Ha, i call it a mexican blanket, dats funny

I just orders the K2 Anagram, so hopefully it can be an awesome first board!

  • 2008 model is way better, got that with some k2 autos. amazing..

  • I just picked up the 152 rocker on sale for 280.00! It has the exact same graphics as this one. Presses are cheater easy. Love it!

  • holly shit its my dream to have this board it look so soft!!

  • i got the 06 model! BEST MODEL EVER!

  • i got the 2004 modle

  • this board is fukin amazing i have this board and i love it

  • hey how soft is it? i have an atomic hatchet
