  • I had this call today.

  • Last comment is obviously from a person with bad credit, no down payment, and no job. Realtors are weasels because they want to work with people who have the capacity to buy a home? Judging by the language he seems like a classy, well informed, ideal client... why would I call a person who isn't serious about buying a house? Why would I call someone who can't speak without using profanity? Why would I call someone who himself is too lazy to even spell profanity correctly?

  • Fuck you lazy realtors...pushy..bitchy...and "no ones home is worth what youre asking..bla bla"...and you fux only call back those buyers u feel are "serious"..or have good credit..my realtor was a weasel

  • You know how many times I have wanted to ask a customer those exact same questions?! I say customer because I would have to be on drugs to actually take that listing, I have found that the majority of people have no idea how this business works, I have to explain it to almost everybody that I do business with and I don't mind that's part of my job. I love being a Realtor but it has its days.

  • This home seller like most of them when they decide to sell has taken the "stupid seller" pill

  • This is why clients like these should list on commission-free home listing websites.

  • @landongendur exactly, they should list commission-free so they don't waste anyone's time.

  • SO,SO,SO FUNNY AND SOOO TRUE SOMETIMES! I LOVE IT! THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY DAY AT THIS REAL ESTATE OFFICE A LITTLE FUNNIER.

  • my life most days.

  • even mcdonalds won't hire him

  • Hilarious!

  • LOL... so true!

  • You have to know you have value, how the process works and when to run, not walk away from these situations. Healthy listings with sellers you can work with cause sales, not dead duck ones.

  • How many times have I heard sellers say this same sort of thing...

  • LOL - I actually say excatly what he does whenever I am faced with such a situation.

  • OMG! this is too funny. I haven't laughed this hard in a long time. I must say there has been an occasion when I've wanted to say these things to someone.

  • This is the best. Purely meant as a joke people. We shared at the office with other agents. Soooo true.

  • excellent job. so true.

  • If you like this one, check out "A Day in the Life of A Realtor Parody Episode #2" which is a follow up by dmarie01131965.

  • I've read some of the comments here and just have to say that it is ultimately the Realtors fault if the property doesn't sell and you waste your money and time. You should never, ever, take and overpriced listing and work with a difficult client. Politely decline, explaining why and then spend your valuable time prospecting for the good clients. Well, this is just advice from a top producer and international real estate consultant.

  • Some of the comments here are too funny. Keep in mind this was just for fun to let off some steam from a compilation of four years of appointments. I've never actually had a client that was as silly as Sally and I've never cursed at a client like Wally does. What has happened is that whenever an appointment turns bad, I smile to myself, with the thought of Wally "The Deal" Wheeler and what he would say and I politely decline the listing and wish them luck. I hope you all can do the same.

  • Would have been great if the "F" word wasn't used. I hope this is not in his actual Language or his Business will be limited. Unforntuately this language is not Professional and puts another bad image on our profession as Realtors. I have never had a consultation where the "Professional" used language like that. I understand you want to make a point with this video that homeowners who are upside down need to be educated with the current market conditions and "profit" is unavailable. Can't use now

  • OMG!! That is great!

  • Bwaaahhhhaaahaaaaa!!!!! That is hysterical! Sad but true!

  • That is BEYOND priceless...and...tragically spot on. Great work!

  • We are starving out here and have been for 4 years now and they wanna drive us into the ground and blame us. Hey heartless homeowner...the pendulum swings both ways. Better open you eyes. Wish the language wasn't bad in this...I would post it on my website.

  • Oh my goodness is THIS so true. I have so many clients who are JUST like this...And according to them it is "all my fault" when it doesn't sell! I didn't know I had that much power! I have thrown more money out the window for "Open Houses" cuz the "know it all arrogant client" insist on it and thinks it will sell their house. Can't even get anyone to show up at an Open House.

  • I freaking love this!!! I have 4 of these clients. You are my hero!!!

  • Very funny!

Unfortunately, there are so many agents like this Realtor ready and able to get any listings, because of them consumers are stereotype all agents. But that is not true-You got what you paid for, so do not expect professionalism when you pay cheap commissions.

  • LOL zci: good luck with that... A quick buck? Yah going to school and such is TOTALLY the quick buck. How up to date are you on your realty law? What about the changes that occur all the time? I mean you have already made up your mind so no reason to put much effort into this. I am sure you will figure it out later when you are trying to sell your property. Goodluck.

  • People should sell their own homes. No need for a realtor at all. Most of them are uneducated and are looking to make a quick buck. Would be more useful to society if they got a real job. When I sell my home you're damn right I will make these demands. What the hell does a realtor do to deserve so much.

  • @zciweiksim you don't what your talking about, they earn there commissions 10x over because they have to deal dumb ass sellers like you and the chick in the video!!!!!!! You go ahead sell your home on your own and see just how well you do especially when you get sued for something you or did or didn't do right or see how happy you are when you price it too high and it sits there for a long time especially in these economic times. Yeah, good luck with that..........

  • @zciweiksim I am a Realtor. I have been educating clients for over 11 years. Yes there are always bad persons in every profession. You are prejudice if you classify all of us as bad. As a Realtor I am hired to protect clients from being taken advantage of, from being sued for some law or fact of the purchase agreement you did or didn't do because you didn't have someone advising you of the law. We have errors & omissions E&O insurance to protect our clients and ourselves if there is a problem.

  • @zciweiksim @zciweiksim Comment part 2. "Quick Buck"? Right. Would you perform your own surgery because the doctors get paid too much?? I'll do it myself? The old saying comes to mind; The Person that represents themselves has a fool for a client." Good Realtors have education & experience to educate and protect their clients. Do you stay home 24/7 so a possible Buyer can see your home? Do you fully understand the laws of disclosure, the purchase contract terms, conditions and clauses? continue

  • @zciweiksim comment part3; d Title & escrow

duties, Buyer loan pre-qualification v/s pre-approval, seller property

warranties, seller concessions, appraisal, ETC, then go ahead and sell

your own home without a Realtor. What chances of marketing exposure will you have with just a sign in the yard? When you have your home listed on

the MLS you are in essence hiring thousands of Realtors to find you a

    Buyer for your home. continued

  • @zciweiksim; For Sale By Owner advise continued Not only that but you "show" online to thousands of Buyers around the world. Oh, not to mention your safety risk. Who are you letting into your home? Is it a felon, sex offender, a thief casing

your valuables, or stealing your RX, etc? With a Realtor the client that views your home is at least screened to some extent. According to the National Assoc of Realtors in 2008 86% of Sellers later listed home 4 sale with a Realtor. So Sellers beware.

  • Hilarious, but true.

  • This is so true!!!

  • How true is this? So funny! Wish I could post on Facebook but the foul language is not appropriate. I have one of these right now. Should never have taken the listing...

  • Even with the language I still posted with a warning. It is too true and funny not to pass along!

  • LOVE IT!!!!!!! I just wish there were no CURSING. When will America realize that YOU CAN STILL BE FUNNY WITHOUT CURSING?????

I would put this all over my facebook page AND give to all clients IF it didnt have cursing.

  • This made me almost pee my pants!! However, I too wish there was a cleaner version without the language so I could share it on my facebook page. I won't because of the language. It's not professional. But i do get the hilarity of it and really laughed my head off.

  • LOL ! Very funny but , I agree with @richardballen , could have been done without the bad language and still been just as funny .

  • I think you video taped my day without my permission. It's too true to be funny.

  • excellent!

  • Haha...This is funny and unfortunately the truth!!

  • I laughed so hard! All you need is the part a month later where the seller blames the realtor cuz the house doesn't sell and maybe add the know it all seller who thinks they know more than the realtor. Can you do one without the bad language so that I can pass it around to anyone? Good job on this. Funny, funny, funny and TRUE!

  • Awesome video-great job! Love it!!

  • I was laughing so hard I was crying!! I cannot wait to see the Buyer version! Great job!

  • I wish the bad language was not in there. This is SO True and SO Funny *smiles*

  • HAHA!!

  • So true. That's why I have no desire to list a home or represent a homebuyer ever again unless they are serious. I have other things to do and I don't work for free and I'm not a taxi driver that works for free. I think this is the only service business that doesn't even receive a gratuity. If you get in my car you're going to pay me something. If you expect out of my own money to pay for advertising you're going to at some point pay me something.

  • This is hilarious!!!

  • i just went on that listing appointment! hahah

  • Laughed 'til I cried! Can't wait to see the one for buyers!

  • Love that... so True!!!

  • I so wish the *F* bombs weren't in there so I could put it on a few of my networks and my blog. Bummer.

  • @BonitaSpringsAgent ....Exactly...

  • "Are you just fu**ing retarded?" LMAO...I have watched it about 10 times and it still makes me laugh.

  • Comment removed

  • Thanks for the laugh! I needed that...so true - keep them coming!

  • That IS so funny! Are you kidding? Are you on drugs? :) Hysterical.

  • LOL 0:48

  • my husband's brother's mother's friend...who once was a realtor...told me that...

  • My husband's brother's mother's friend? Wth. It's just annoying! LOL.

  • It almost sounds like my last sellers, taken notes on what I should of said...hilarious....thanks for telling it like it is in the real world of RE...lol

  • Need one for buyers; I want to see homes that are under market value with updates. Will you come into the office? No, I'll meet you at the properties. Are you pre-approved? No, I know I can afford it. Will you sign a buyer agency agreement? No, I want to work with lots of agents who represent the seller. Great, what time is good for you?

  • OMG so sad but true! My sister's husband's brother's mother's friend TOLD me!! Too funny!

  • so hilarioius...albeit true!
