they glue the nuts to the wheel so when they slide it on there already there and ready to go

those guys are pretty badass :) and they paid well. It may seem harsh to watch every second but they have to be very careful with thier movements. They can kill the driver if the tire is put on wrong or they can get killed if they step to soon in front of the car

Honestly, I'd quit my mechanical engineering stuff if i could be part of a pit crew and live off the money. Racing=ftw, any type of racing.
