Pein is the Leader, Madara is not offically part of the Akatsuki till Nagato died. Pein took Madara's orders becasue Pein seeked peace, Madara and pein had almost the same intrest, but Madara was stronger because pein did not have the same strength of the sage of six paths makeing Pein weaker then madara

tobi is not obito tobi is just a person with a mask on and madara and obito have the sharingan but tobi does not and madara is obito and on the show tobi dies with diedara plus some episodes after theres another person with the mask and it wasmadara/obito

These are only theories, up to today there's no proof in the actual manga or anime that Tobi/Obito/Madara are the same persons.

And it was never mentioned that Tobi dies and Madara/Obito then takes his place.

Tobi just always says he's Madara but does that mean it's the truth?

Everyone assumes it must be Madara but there still no proof for that. Maybe it's only Tobi resembles Madara and Obito a lot because...well here start the theories.

But I guess Tobi has somethinf to do with Madara and Obito

@GothicLolly ok i get it now the truth is: tobi was just a fool in the akatsuki and obito was a friend of kakashe, but obito died by a boulder on top of him and gave kakashe one of his shringans before he died then they thought that madara died when he fought agents the first hokage but he is still alive he is the leader of the akatsuki oh and tobi did die with diedara so obito and tobi are dead and madara is putting on tobi's mask so they wont know his identity but later on he tells everyone
