I've heard once that the regime made it illegal to film or photograph bombed ruins. However, my great-grandfather shot the same 1943 ruins in Hamburg on b/w movie film, at least the many molten car wrecks, with two of my great-uncles playing in there. Of course there were German supporters of Hitler who donated funds to Hitler, just like there were German supporters of Conservative Liberals, traditional Labour and the Communist party.
