The Mentos don't creat any more gas than there already is in the pop itself.

Anyone doing it would need to move pretty quick, but as long as they didn't go overboard with the dry ice, it should be easy to get clear before the explosion.

@RhysSaunders1990 Get a water bottle with a cap, dry ice, and water. Put the dry ice in the bottle, then put water in the bottle(less than half full to give it time to expand so you can run) then screw on the cap and throw it. Or set it down and run away.
