Does PSl1GHT provide no API whatsoever for 3d rendering? Like, do you have to code your own rendering engine with the only function to draw pixels?

I would if i could afford one, i live in a 1 bedroom apartment with my aunt, who is on disability, i used a CRT tv up until about a year ago when i found the one i am using now in the trash
