Eliminate Claustrophobia and fear of MRI with Hypnosis

I got pulled out of an MRI today I was so scared

I really feared it

The sounds I felt like I was falling

Even though the radio and the fan were on I only got through a bit

I prayed to Jesus before it and he certainly did his part I came out easily instead of scareaming

But I really woulde liked to have ur hypnosis thing

I had an MRI for my head today and experienced claustrophobia for the first time. She pulled me out, took off all my sheets and put a cool wash cloth on my head. Then I just naturally started imagining similar things like it sounds you did as well! I imaged I was getting a spa treatment and this was all good for my body. And the sounds I pretended were like a weird techno beat I was listening to, and that seemed to make it a lot better. The mind is a powerful thing.

I went in and hit the alarm and said I was going to the washroom.

Scared didn't even know I was so scared. I was going to walk out.

I closed my eyes before I went back in. I thought of what they were trying

to do in my mind like the camera taking pictures, I imagined I was in a night club

and was drinking and getting tired, I imagined I was jogging, I actually fell asleep for a bit, woke up and thought of sex and then it was over.

It's a pity more people don't realize the power of hypnosis.
