I was at Hollywood Park that day.  2 future champions ran 1-2. Real Quiet would win the Derby and Preakness as 3 year old champ in 98' and also won the gr.1 Pimlico Special and gr.1 Hollywood Gold Cup at age 4. Artax was the champion sprinter of 99' at age 4, winning 3 gr.1 races, setting 3 track records, and running Beyer speed figs of 124, 123, and 123.
