If she looked like a typical contestant on American Idol, she would have been a sucessful, professional singer decades ago; all you had to do was look at the sneering, incredulous faces of the audience(not to mention the judges) to know why she'd never had a chance before. Another thought...I have seen some negative comments from the west-enders saying that she does not have a trained voice and could not do 8 shows a week. Maybe so...however, she has something they don't. When she puts out her first album, millions will buy it, not only to hear her beautiful voice, but to help her tell all of those that bullied and chastised her all of her life to go to hell. Success is the greatest revenge of all. And we would all pay a little to share in her success and victory.
