I found one in El Dorado Gas & Service, in one of three bags behind the counter!

not really... if u kill doc mitchell then u wont be abke to do the goodsprings one... and this quest is at the beginning of the game... where as u have to go to the strip near the middle of the game(about four hours after this)... so these locations are helpful if u playedf for a longer time, if u need the sugar bombs now then this vid is virtually worthless
