As great as the M45 is, just wait till the M56 is on the used car market. It will be the steal of the century at around 30k for a 2-3 year old one. The M56 handles like a 5 series, and is good for a high-4s 0-60 time (335 territory). It even gets decent fuel economy as per recent tests (think 25 mpg highway).

if you only care about performance with a little bit of interior comforts(not like bmw or infiniti), you could also get a pontiac g8 gt for about 30-33k
then spec up a BMW 335 - the options cost as much as a car if u get everything - then compare the price with an Infinity m45 which is also specked up obviously more things come as standard on the Infinity so there are less options to tick - reason i suggest this type of comparison is bcoz both the cars end up with equivalent performance, price, 0-60 times... its's not a bmw 320 - its a 335

BTW the 07 BMW 335i, the engine is stated to be 305hp, but it's actually close to 330.. BMW engineers made a mistake, a good one...
the 335i is a sports coupe? Where did you see me say coupe?? I was talking about the 4 door 335i.. do the research the coupe is actually slower then the 4 door 335i. and a 530i will never ever smoke the 335i...
