I use to use a wireless repeater at home. Connectify also works with any Windows 7 PC that has a wireless card. I tossed the repeater as Connectify has greater coverage. I am using 2.1 beta 1

This is actually a pretty good thing for college dorm rooms... particularly those that don't allow actual routers. You can cable into the school network, but still attach your iPod or X-Box via wireless, through your PC.
