  • @LatinoXandY The power supply could be bronken, if that's the case, this trick won't save you.

    Are you sure the power supply isn't broken?

  • Is there a way to use both mouse buttons together to activate a laptop? People use monitors and fold the puter away. Turning it on is a pain.

  • @trainlinezoo As of my knowledge...no. But then again, when a laptop turns on by opening the monitor the laptop isn't really turned off, it's just suspended...

  • How can I control the power to USB powered devices? I use external fans to cool an old Plasma TV but I have to unplug the USB from the power source.

  • i know that some motherboard are coming with build in buttons for used with no case! im having a hard time to find one of those!

  • @lipevolcom2 Yes some have those buttons... I assembled a computer with a mb by gigabyte that had them.

  • Ok thanks that starts it all up but do you know why my computr turn on button dosnt turn on my computer.. when its plugged into the mains a LED light comes on but no other power given to the motherboard

  • @Mojomunk Are you sure it is plugged on the right pins?

    If so, maybe the switch is defective, try with another one and check it

  • @sonohkong Yes but you have to know where to touch. Laptop motherboards aren't standard.
