Dry eye after LASIK can often be managed effectively with a variety of modalities. Your LASIK surgeon needs to know of the problem and if he/she can not help then find a corneal specialist with experience in dry eye management. I have used IPL to treat my own dry eye LASIK patients with outstanding results. Other measures like warm compresses, tetracycline derivatives, omega 3, Restasis, tear enhancement by punctal occlusion, FreshKote, etc are available. There are effecive options for you.

+ I work for very long hours front of the computer ..so after 5 to 15 mins. setting and work front of my computer monitor my eyes get so dry and read ..and I cannot even complete my work .. any cure please..? please?
