I don't really want this patch to happen... Spirit Master is getting Nerfed into fucking BEDROCK chanters are going to be the new "OP" class glads are going to constantly heal themselves... Ranger stays the same (like normal) and sins... well they get slightly buffed... don't give a shit about sorcs... and clerics stay decent... but omg... ffs Insta fear for SMs is going to be 1.5s.... in pvp -.- and shriek is going to be 6s... *sigh* NCsoft...

@lmpossble fear will be nerved, BUT we will get a nice self-buff: magical accuracy, magic boost and magic cancellation +200! and highest magic block will be on cloth-armor;

therefore clerics will suck in 3.0 - e.g. against sorc/sm your magic boost will be reduced by ~1000 :(
