saw "Promethian Fire" live, recently. It was beyond words. Spectacular choreography, really giving emphasis to the insurmountable power the soul can feel. With three works by bach all arranged by Stokowski (tocca and fugue in d minor, prelude 8 WTC, and obviously, this), it was perhaps one of the most transcending experiences i have had at a Ballet. i highly reccomend it.

I see some Bach orchestrated by Leopold Stokowsky as Toccata and Fugue. You have it, Apsis Apocynthion???

Heavy Organ at Carnegie Hall, Virgil Fox performing, a must have CD with this Fugue starting the performance!!
