This song is just crazy.. I love it. Hope that one day I'll hear or even dj all those remixes and the original during a crazy party in an old rotten industrial complex with all it's broken lights and dangerous stenches =)
@ocremix Thanks for the reply! I don't doubt that the original tune is in there; I think often, I am just not musically trained enough to recognize it. A lot of people may be in that same situation.
I still think that personally, I prefer remixes that are closer to the original tune, because of the memories associated with those tunes. But that's just a personal preference. Again, thanks for replying, and keep up the good work!
FUUCCCKKIIINN AWEESSOOMMEEE!! THIS IS fantabulous...love the game, love the music..and love your REMIX!! keep up coming it was unique, spooky and UNMATCHED!! Bravo!
this is one of the better remixes. -although it sounds like you just took a midi file and changed the instruments. it's nearly identical in structure and note, just different sounds implanted. also there's too many high pitched sounds at once, bring in more bass and lower tones so these high pitches aren't competing with each other.
Too awesome! Like many of the responses, this is my favorite DKC song as well. Blackout Basement was one of the most fun and memorable stages in Kremkroc Industries, Inc, so this song has really stuck with me. Great remix!
Frustrating stages are definitely memorable...but I didn't hate that one. I thought it was an awesome idea that kept me on my toes. Now the Stickerbrush stages in Diddy Kong's Quest were frustrating in a bad sense.
"Exciting" is right.

The people who "offered" their godlike music to DKC didnt wanted to create a game back then. They wanted to create a experience.

I really like this, but I think it lacks a stronger bass. You should totally do another revision though . :)

DKC had "magical" music... ohh it was a time where music in games was just as an important factor as gameplay...
doubletrance 3 years ago 30
in my opinion it's still very, very important ;)

If this were to be played at a club, they should program the lights to turn on and off at timed intervals while it plays.
Great work as always!
