I know it's only comics. But nobody is going to convince me that a normal guy is going to be able to take on god like beings from other planets who have lived since the dawn of time. When Batman was only taking on people like the Joker, Penguin, Riddler etc he was the man to me. But now he's taking on people like Darkseid by dodging Omega beams when people like Superman can't all the time.
Spider-man can bench press 10 tons. Spidey beats up everyone, even people who are more stronger, he has taken out the X-men in secrets wars, the avengers, Spider-man is the best there is, even his comics out sell everyone elses, lol.

skill is just a way to react better to different kinds of attacks. If your opponent can literally land many hits before you can even react, which is the case, skill is useless. Also, spider man doesn't have to hit batman lots of times, only one punch would be enough to kill the bats. It doesn't matter if batman is more skilled, skill alone isn't enough to deal with such a phsical disadvantage. Who thinks otherwise is just blindly defending batman. Spider man wins.

I love both of them, they are the best of their universes. Batman is a very interesting superhero, since he has no actual powers, he only relies on his wits, and has a few gadgets to help him on the way. He is also rougher and darker then many other heroes. His archenemy(The Joker), also happens to be my favorite comic book villain, topping everything off with the Dark Knight being my favorite superhero movie. But Spider-Man has been a major part of my childhood, and I just can't dislike him:)

Just read Secret Wars where he tore everybody up. look there both awesome. i was raised on spiderman but i learned to like batman even more. in a fight batman would obviously win in the second round anyway. spidey would win in the first becuz bats nows nothing about him and doesnt no a way of beating him. but then agian there is no right or wrong way to beat spider-man

Reaction speed seems to be on even terms for both of these characters. both have been known to dodge guns at point blank range, although the spidersense might give spidey an edge (or at least protect him from a sneak attack). @SuperMicklovin If you read any of spidermans comics, these was an episode where he just lost a fight to the Juggernaut. Soon after The Scorpion attacked him. Spiderman was so pissed about the first fight, he whooped the scorpions ass. Then procedded to pick up a bus full of people and getting ready to smash the scropion with it until he was stopped by another hero. Yea in the movies he's very unballanced. But the same can be said about Batman.

Batmans reactions would be slower then spidermans, leaving him vulnerable to swift but stronge attacks, throwing objects of his would only get them thrown back faster and with more verocity not giving him time to move, quickly avoided, or leave him open for more attacks, traps would set off spidermans sences, he would know somthing was comming, batman would realize there was nothing he could do, the battle would be over, In seconds.
Batmans advantage in a battle is that after fighting for a while he would learn his aponints weakness, it sounds good but a battle with spiderman won't last a while, wth speed, strength, and super instinct would win the battle in less then a minute, anything batman attempts will be seen or felt by spiderman.

I know it's only comics. But nobody is going to convince me that a normal guy is going to be able to take on god like beings from other planets who have lived since the dawn of time. When Batman was only taking on people like the Joker, Penguin, Riddler etc he was the man to me. But now he's taking on people like Darkseid by dodging Omega beams when people like Superman can't all the time.

skill is just a way to react better to different kinds of attacks. If your opponent can literally land many hits before you can even react, which is the case, skill is useless. Also, spider man doesn't have to hit batman lots of times, only one punch would be enough to kill the bats. It doesn't matter if batman is more skilled, skill alone isn't enough to deal with such a phsical disadvantage. Who thinks otherwise is just blindly defending batman. Spider man wins.

I love both of them, they are the best of their universes. Batman is a very interesting superhero, since he has no actual powers, he only relies on his wits, and has a few gadgets to help him on the way. He is also rougher and darker then many other heroes. His archenemy(The Joker), also happens to be my favorite comic book villain, topping everything off with the Dark Knight being my favorite superhero movie. But Spider-Man has been a major part of my childhood, and I just can't dislike him:)

Spidey would beat the shit out of Batman in like 12 seconds. No contest. There is no superhero that has a more impressive track record for being high-level villains than Spider-man. Just read Secret Wars where he tore everybody up. Spidey is a lot stronger, a lot faster, and his spider sense is so good he can dodge bullets, and he's killed normal humans(like Batman) with ONE PUNCH. Batman isn't gonna do anything to him. Reaction speed seems to be on even terms for both of these characters. both have been known to dodge guns at point blank range, although the spidersense might give spidey an edge (or at least protect him from a sneak attack). The only version Batman stands even a chance of beating is Pre-Other arc Spider-man, after that Spider-man takes him down easily. @southboy99 That's because Batman in general is unrealistic. A guy running around in a bat costume throwing bat-shaped weapons at people is not realistic. It's plain silly. That's why I hate this stupid 'gritty crime drama' style of Batman. At least Spider-man doesn't try to be realistic.

Batmans reactions would be slower then spidermans, leaving him vulnerable to swift but stronge attacks, throwing objects of his would only get them thrown back faster and with more verocity not giving him time to move, quickly avoided, or leave him open for more attacks, traps would set off spidermans sences, he would know somthing was comming, batman would realize there was nothing he could do, the battle would be over, In seconds.

Batmans advantage in a battle is that after fighting for a while he would learn his aponints weakness, it sounds good but a battle with spiderman won't last a while, wth speed, strength, and super instinct would win the battle in less then a minute, anything batman attempts will be seen or felt by spiderman.

@5ideburnzzz i wouldnt say hes not amazing at fighting considering he as one superhero has more villians than nearly anyone id even say batman. not by much considering batman has proven himself against enemies with powers as well.. just none with spider-mans list of powers.. the superman fight is irrelevant considering batman used kryptonite n superman cant fight without powers n spidey has no weaknesses other than ones batman wont use which is friends. unless batman had the symbiote n hed lose

lol batman is a genius but money is his only real superpower. He buys all of his gadgets, unlike Iron Man who builds them. People like Spider-Man because he's a witty nerd who makes funny quips while he beats bad guys. I guess it's just that the character design in spider-man is much better than in batman. The villains are more interesting and stronger, and the scale is bigger. Batman tries too hard to be serious when he's actually a guy in a bat suit throwing bat-shaped weapons at people.

I liked it! You guys should really learn how to jump off high stuff, because that would make it more real looking. Like learn how to do dive rolls, back hand springs etc.
