Also, why is that American constantly parachuting herself around the country, from one riding to another? Does she actually expect to win a seat in Parliament somewhere?
I'm amazed that our MPs act the way they do in parliament, while their parties seem to run on fear and negativity...
Canadians want real change and real sustainability, not just talk of more growth for the sake of growth - the ideology of a cancer cell. The Green Party has a realistic plan to get Canada on the path to sustainability. Also, the Greens have policies on all issues, and I was excited to find out about their six key values, something unique to the Green Party.
The Greens will eat the NDP's lunch next election. Thanks to their one-trick-pony election platform. They won't have a chance at government due to the same reason. But, it will be fun to watch May take all the NDP wackos votes, while the poor Canadian tax payer bleeds money for these left wing wackos.

Maybe that's because you don't have a seat in the House of Commons at all so you haven't seen that the whole NDP caucus has a no-heckling policy. Cooperation and leadership? I don't understand why the Greens exist in Canada. Jack Layton persuaded the Liberals to give over a billion dollars to environmental programs like affordable transit, and now he is pushing Harper to amend his environmental platforms.
pencilskirt, the Greens exist in Canada for many reasons. One is that all of the old-line parties have done little over recent decades to keep up with a changing climate in Canada, both literally and figuratively.
May knows what she's talking about. Old-line parties worry about the Green Party. They've reacted to the Green Party's popularity by adopting GPC policies. They're talking green, but why not cut out the middleman and go straight to the Party that walks the talk?

Jack Layton and the N-D-P ...
have very different policies than the Greens. I originally voted NDP. But I don't want a Canadian Bankruptcy. I want Canadian Democracy.
Fiscally Responsible. Socially Progressive. Sustainable Government.
You may have social down pat but how about the other two?
