I'm saying that ANY kind of lying is wrong. What if your wife gets fat and you lie and say she looks okay and she gets diabetes or something? One should always always always be truthful, so as NOT to ALLOW SATAN to have a VICTORY. Telling any kind of lie gives the VICTORY TO SATAN.

It is NOT idolatry for the simple reason that in that case, God is STILL God. He is still Himself. What a man can see is only with these eyes of flesh. No flesh can look at God as he IS, so God, out of love, came as a man to destroy death by being betrayed and murdered and overcoming death. It's really simple. Islam twists this into an act of idolatry because it suits its own purposes. But Islam is the polar opposite of Christianity.

No, JESUS died on the cross, because only what is flesh can die. If God chose to become a man, he would STILL be in heaven. As a matter of fact, when Jesus is talking to Nicodemus in John chapter 4, he mentions that the Son of Man IS in Heaven, as in simultaneously. Whatever his heavenly counterpart is did not die, because again, there is more to the flesh than just a body. There is a BODY, a SOUL, and a SPIRIT. Just before his body was destroyed, he commended his SPIRIT into the Father's hands.

And the Bible clearly states that the LAST enemy to be destroyed is DEATH. His death on the cross ENSURED that it would happen. But by dying on the cross, he conquered death himself, many rose out of their graves and all, but there is a process of dying that death itself goes through. So now death is as good as dead because of what Jesus did. It is doomed, so to speak. It received a fatal blow from Jesus, which will eventually result in death.

So first of all, Christianity is AGAINST idolatry, not for it, as Islam lies about it in the QURAN. Second, Christians are to sacrifice themselves before denying Jesus. If I were tortured, I am not allowed to lie, but I have to endure it--even unto death. That way deception isn't given a VICTORY.

The arabic name of what is known in english as Gabriel is false. the arabic names جبريل, Jibrīl or جبرائيل Jibrail apparently is the messenger of the last revelation to give to mohammad. Islam claims that the quran in arabic is perfect and flawless. So tell me why Gabriel's name is written incorrect in arabic? The hebrew word for Gabriel is 100% accurate.

Hypocritcal? Absolutely not. Gabriel is only a translation of the way Gavri'el is pronounced in hebrew. Ask yourself this. What was written first? The quran in arabic or the english bible? Both arabic and aramaic words are different. When I search the aramiac word and translate it, I get gawriel, but jibril is found in arabic. Jibril is not the angels name. It is "might of god" It should be written so as الله'قوة "strength of allah or إلهة'قدرة might of god?

All the names in the quran are incorrect, Moses and Moshe for example is correct, meaning "drawn out of the water", does Musa have the same meaning? What matters are not the names of the charactors in the quran, but the name of the messenger of this revelation. when a muslim says jibriel, we know we are talking about the angel of revelation, the angel who takes god's message to mankind. what do we care about what it means? i know many people that have taken the name jibriel, and many of them would say this name they took because of the great angel of revelation. it is unlike taking a name of lets say akbar, which means great, because there were no prophet or anyone special in islam with that name. hope that helps you understand.

It is not a question if mohammad recieved a revelation from something, it is a question of who gave him the revelation. It is written that satan can appear as an angel of light. If I wanted to choose a faith to believe in, I would have to research it and determine its credibility. Which in my view makes islam very confusing to me.
