Man you Europeans really love your carp, we need more carp eaters here in the U.S. we have tons of them, you should see some of the carp bow fishing derbies out here just to qualify you need 300 lbs (136 kilos) of carp and after the tournament is over all those carp are buried in a big pit, kind of a waste, but the carp is still #1 in biomass in lots of our lakes.
