good for you! Not that it's a "profit" thing, but I always feel a little bit "used" when someone shoots some film or takes a photo of me and doesn't bother to drop a tip. Although, I am throwing my music out there for free, a tip says "hey, ya made my world a little better place!" And that's what most buskers are looking for.
