  • I'm 6ft 4in and weight is 160 lbs I have big arms for my size lots of push ups and resistence training for strength.and u can strength train just gotta do reps and not power lifting. If ur arms r to bigg u won't be able to keep them up to punch, but these little skinny arms I got hitt harder then crack in the 80's Check out the other ko's.

  • hmm you are good fighter, but is that me ore you boxers dont have very huge arms. I've read that boxers cant have to huge arms by training because you cant train afther strength training boxing training because your arms will be not as good as before strength training? strong chest and back are the importants musculairs i think.
