This is the mascot who was intended to replace Dig'Em Frog, but Dig'Em was brought back by popular demand. I can see why they decided not to keep Wally; he's not a very attractive character. I also see that THIS Wally Bear is nothing like the Wally Bear from that crappy NES game!
