  • yeah just fucking great now she contracted Nano Aids!

  • So much for doing better than God.

  • NOW IT'S PASSED ON TO HER.... like a sexually transmitted disease. She was probably on some form of Birth Control so there was no need for Condom Use to prevent pregnancy. They were engaged to be married so no worries of infedelity. WOW.... Now she's gonna have to be Burnt as Well.

  • Don't mess with nature!

  • ya but john boy found god again and started voting republican

  • i know! let's talk about the evolution of mankind, and not this episode! that would be fun!

  • And this is how a new zombie outbreak begun..

  • Why does he destroy everything? He could have started with the animal testing now!

  • See what city life did to John Boy!!

  • I was expecting him to come back to life again even after he got fried :|

  • better to be him, than her :(

  • Hmm, Wonder what effects they would have on the rats?

  • wtf, i remember a different ending, where the guy still survives and then tries to blow his head off with a shot gun, does so, but the head grows back. After that I don't remember.

  • @Trinivalts I think you're thinking of Species 2.

  • @CLDavi1983 yeah, who knows, maybe my memory is totally messed up on this one.

  • science once again breeds a monster! LOL!

  • the man is a fool. with the right commands, even with a limited set of instructions, he would have become invincible and immortal.

  • Poor Judy. She is going to go through the same nightmare. The explanation is that when

Andrew and Judy was having sex, some of the nanobots came out of him and went into her. To bad they didn't make a continuation of this episode.

  • sad end

  • i cannot wait to see the nano tech baby being born lol

  • that was so scary. I hope no one is suffering from human testing :( that´s horrible

  • There is a theory that mitochondria were microbes that adapted to living inside the cells of their hosts. They became an integral part of the animal cell.

  • @badger5079 I've always been quite fond of the Endosymbiotic theory ;)

  • Nooooooooooooooooooo!

  • The bots are not unlike the parasites that first inhabited our bodies many many years ago. The first parasites were so overwhlemed with the expereince, they killed the hosts off hence killing themselves with it. Over time, they learned to modify that behavior and compliment the host so that as long as it lived, they would too. That was the first time they experienced long life. The bots learned to respect the host for their own survival reasons. He could have done the same, but he panicked.

  • An interesting approach... But one must ask himself would the nanos react the same way as parasites? After all, they are machines and only capable of being programmed to function a certain way where as the parasites would have evolved their behavior over thousands of years through evolution. Hard to say but I like the your outlook on it. Thanks for sharing!

  • @Perilous3D I have to agree with you. Consider that he could have trained them in to do great things for himself, like longer life, healthier body, more improved vision, more muscle...just about anything. They were already helping him with his girlfriend. remember? He blew the opportunity by not taking it seriously or thinking it out properly.

  • I agree with your position. If he would have taken the time to plan this out and train them in, there is no limit to hwat he would have accomplished including extra long life.

  • @RanRightRealty

Interesting, but then how would they communicate in order to figure out that the other host died?

Therefore this kind of evolution theory is flawed, like all else of this theory.

  • @uTubeCrusader we can be thankful that it allows us to consider all the potential there is here...It boggles the mind at the unlimited things that could be done...In the world of Sci-fi...the lack of all the answers is part of the thrill ride. Get as far as you can and then the imagination kicks in for better or for worse...Remember to enjoy it all....

  • he should of stuck with the cancer if you think about it. The nanobots killed him in weeks, the cancer would kill him in a year

  • Yeah plus cancer doesn't smell like burned hair.

  • i would've just chopped his head off and see if he'd grow a new one. At least its less painful than being fried.

  • 0:48 he looks like Mickey Rooney for some reason

  • the Nanobots should get their own spin-off show "Meet the Nanobots"

  • Nanosperm nanosperm!

  • would not nanos eventually learn of the psychological and subconscious demands of human libido, and act accordingly? ie make the dude once more sexually attractive/normal to women, once it's realized that looking all mutant isn't hot?

  • but i don't think they work that way, the nanobots weren't really ready for real human testing. mabye animal testing, but not human testing. it was completely unethical for him to allow that type of experiment to be done to him or even to allow it to continue, but then again he was curious as to what the nanobots would do to his body, so. although the nanobots are programmed, they really haven't been perfected yet. so a little more research and testing would have determined their outcome.

  • ya know what, i think the nanobots are more independent thinkers, i don't think they were really programmed to take demands from someone else, but then again extensive research and testing would have determined its final outcome. that guy could have just waited and mabye he would have come up with a way to perfect the nanobots and its sole out purpose which is to cure the disease he had.

  • @Melinda1203 but they would most certainly be able to see states of emotions and thoughts in their naked electro-chemical form, and perhaps learn the patterns and how to deal with them!

  • The nanobots must've passed into his missus, whilst he was makin' willy to her...

  • Or swapping spit

  • if the nano bots can think that means they must have discovered how to make sentient computers which in itself would be a HUGE discovery, possibly bigger than the nano bots themselves

  • When he smashed the tubes would the nanobots not have escaped and rebuilt the lab?

No-one sleep with her all they will spread then we all doomed, this thing will catch faster than Aids!! thank god it was 14 years ago and theres no new known cases unless the government is covering up, you know what damn governments like!!

  • this episode is clearly based on the book Blood Music by Greg Bear

  • I think I know how Judie's cut healed so fast. When they had sex with each other, some of the nanobots must have gotten transferred from him to her. So now the things that happened to him, may begin to happen to her.

  • ofcourse, all the fluids in his body that contained the nanobots transferred into her body therefore making her nanowoman right.

  • you'd think the damn things would have sensed distress in the brain in relation to any changes and would go back to last known good config.. stupid programmers...

  • lol interesting approach...

  • waduh! gosong gan!

  • Those nano-sperm. . . .

  • thats funny, nano sperm, she just might have a nano baby.

  • C#?, sorry I've been out of programming for a quite a while.

  • I thought he was going to come out of the fire at the end when the lab exploded. after that, I thought he'd get the scientist to cut his head off and the nano bots would then pull his head back on and he would still be kicken around etc.

  • Sounds a bit like V for Vendetta... but on acid!

  • fool

  • you're my hero yington... gay pride!

  • i love the music. so great. this episode was amazing

  • loved the ending

  • In real life, a scientist would never throw his work out the window because of this. The work did look promising, so a scientist would try to improve it.

  • This freaked me out a bit. He looked liked he was covered in a spider web at the end, it was gross. I like these shows because they make you think about what happened for awhile. Thanks for uploading=)

  • 1:33..i'm so scared.... they're gonna come back, i'm terrified lol

  • Nice episode and very scary.

  • lol really bad special effects at 0:52

    Are those fireworks?

  • soon she will give birth to a laptop or nano POD....

  • Should of practiced safe sex kids. If she's pregnant she will have Nano-Bot-Tots. LOL

  • hahaha! ding ding ding you win my first thumbs up on my own videos... nice one

But in all seriousness, the nano-bots would be able to easily get thru a thin layer of LAYtex with their super-ultra-beam-lazors (pew pew style) ;)

My guess is that when a nano-bot wants to make a Nano-bot-tot, nothing will stand in its way... not even GOD!

  • then again, the nanobots might interpret the embryo as a parasite feeding on the host and attempt to abort it, but then the fetus would have nano bots inside it and it would fight back or encase itself in an egg shell or something.

  • Actually that is the reason for the placenta The female body does consider the baby a parasite and try to kill it. But from the way the show does it the nanos wouldn't see the baby as a threat just more cells to be helped.

  • That was one creepy episode, the ending with the girlfriends finger healing meant she got the nano stuff to, its like a virus, creepy

  • And it would mean that anybody who came in contact with her will also get the nanos in them.

  • Only if they sleep with her. Remember, the good doc told us the nanos arent airborne. Then again, I suppose they could adapt over time to become airborne agents. Damn it...why am I still thinking about this, lol. I predict that nanobots that sophisticated based on algorithmic programming alone are a complete impossibility. On the other hand... by using fractal trees to develop "heuristic" neural network maps...such a thing might be possible...dun dun duuuuun! Mad scientist at work.

  • ALGOL? C++ MATLAB, Mathmatica, or some variant of FORTRAN?

  • I would think even more basic for them. To save space and time the bots would use straight machine code between each other and he use something like C++ to talk to them. Atleast thats what I figure.

  • That makes sense they would communicate with each other that way. But I guess these are sci-fi nannites, because they were able to rewrite hardwired genetic code. I'd still be a tad apprehensive if I could have access to their direct source code though. But again, you make a good case about cost effectiveness.

  • He programmed those nanobots in C#....
