all the newer sports cars look so disgusting, manufacturers need to stop making the bodies look all futuristic and edgy, because they fail at it. only nissan has a good designer. honda and toyota, the front looks sick and mean, but the back just looks like shit.

theres only one thing that i dont like about this car. last i heard its supposed to come with 170 hp to the crank. it should have come with more. but then again there will always be the aftermarket to fix problems like those. :)

Is it true that the 2.0 boxer will be producing 250 atmospheric ps at 8500 rpm??

Knowing Toyota it will be impressive what they get out of the 2.0 boxer engine.

The Corolla 01 (facelift) G6 version has a DOHC Engine thats aliminium cast but only 1600 cc

together with other components and a 6speed that car takes out 110 pk (0-100, 9sec-ish), weighs under a ton and kicks almost everyones ass @ the traffic lights.

Toyota is great at pulling max performance out of engines and staying economical.

Hooray for Toyota!

I'm sure it has something to do with the joint program with Subaru.

But the engine [D-4S] is Direct Injection as opposed to Fuel injection. I'm unsure if boxer layout assist with this configuration.

the boxer engine has the thumping grail that it does b/c the exshuast manifolds are not the same size one is usually longer then the other. But on the New Subaru Engines they are making them the same size. The new Boxers sound noting like the boxers subaru has been making for years. Have u heared the new Legacy's? They sound like a normal car.

This car is not meant to compete with the GTR, its far closer to a Hyundai Genesis coupe in performance.

The Nissan GTR is a supercar, capable of launching faster than a Corvette ZR-1 or Ferrari 599...

the concept has 150 hp,but by what I read,they might make it with more hp.200 hp should be enough.

It has a 2.0l subaru boxer, only 4 sylinders. the chassie is also from subaru

Errrgh, no! It's a Subaru Boxer motor 2.0L non-turbo. Not a power-house by any means, but handling is suppose to be sweet! This car is suppose to be the next ae86. Maybe, just maybe, bring back some pazzzaz to the Toyota lineup.

aaaaam, no, the base model has a 2 litre boxer engine, without the turbo. bummer. i haven't heard about the bigger versions. Allthough i'm a beemer guy, if the price tag for the top model is lower from a 330 or so the time released, i will go for it :)))
