I think you americans really don't understand what 5% of a population consuming 25% of the energy means. China has 20% of pop. so if they consumed energy at the U.S. rate then china would use up all of the energy in the world. But if thats not enough, imagine a tribe of 20 families with 5 members each. There is only 1000 lbs of food so each family gets 50 lbs. However, at a 25% rate, it takes only 4 greedy families to hoard up all of the food, leaving the others to starve

Can you imagine!? At least 100,000 dead!? This is absolutely monumental...this death toll would put in within the top 10 deadliest natural disasters OF ALL TIME!
