the recipe in english is 3 eggs,1 cup medium of sugar,3 tablespoon of butter, 1 cup medium of milk,1 table spoon of baking powder,4 medium cup of flour, sugar and cinamon to sprinkle over. so mix all the dry ingredients first,then ad the butter and eggs and mix well,put in the milk bit by bit,knead the dough very weel,then wrap in plastic film and put into the fridge for about 30 minutes,then fry and sprinkle the sugar and cinamon all over.
