Thank you for the video! I don't see why people are complaining about it, even if its old it still helped me. And that's what matters. I havent looked through all of your videos honestly just this because iam playing gmod my self atm (new to it) and i could only say that one thing could been done better on the video would of been instead of writing the tutorial get on voice and do it that way its way better i think atleast! just take a chair and see if you can sit in that chair, if you can then build some things around it to make it a vehicle.

@ultradarkflamewolf Well... i just discovered i was using a Prop. You need to go to the Vehicle menu and to go into it.. You press E to get in it. Other vehicle you can get are at Garrysmod(dot)Org. Thats where i found the Airboat with Machinegun and the Jeep with a Lightning Ray.

Can someone please help?! I've been having this MAJOR problem with gmod 10! Whenever I try to start it up, this FUCKING ERROR MESSAGE pops up and tells me that the memory cannot be "written". What does that mean?! How can I fix it?

@GamerG0d1337 I Have a solution Go to steam Go to garrys mod and right click click properties go to launch options and type in -dxlevel 10 (if you have vista you put 10 afterwards if xp or lower put 9 and windows 7 is 11) Start gmod There will be errors like No HUD ( No health bar/ suit) no crosshair no action display But overall it works fine! hope this helps!

Thanks! It worked, partially. I was finally able to get to the main menu, but there were problems. First of all, when I open a window, like to select a map, it turns the area where it was black. Also, when I try to enter singleplayer, it loads, then goes to a bluescreen. I tried clearing space...still bluescreen. What am I doing wrong?

First off

If you have XP or lower put -Dxlevel 9

If you have Vista or higher put -Dxlevel 10

As for the black on the screen, that's normal for Dx leveling

The blue screen im not sure about, reply to me with a better description of the error and I should be able to help. =)

this is rly gid on muliplayer cos it provides a cind of shield. what i reccomend is using a camera and making say, a container aroud the jeep so it is impossible for bullets to penetrate. then u can just ram people, add thrusters or turrents

Guys, if you want there is another way. Theres the model manipulator tool on the original gmod download site, and a Neuro cars pack, which is drivable cars, with built in guns. So with that I was able to use the model manipulator to change a neuro car into a combine apc with the wheels moving. I will have to make a vid to prove this point.
