Trouble House Halt is one of the stations featured in the famous Flanders and Swann song 'Slow Train'.

What a find!

I started a model of Tetbury Station when I was at school in the early 1960's and visited the line several times in railbus days.

A couple of points

1) Beer crate halt was actually available anywhere along the line, if you could get to it the train would stop and the beer crate was thrown down.

2) There was a fertiliser depot at Tetbury which brought some traffic; after freight services ceased vans were brought to the yard and used for storage.

3) The cattle dock also survives!
